The range of subjects and talent of Gulfport Galleria member, and Destin, Florida watercolor artist, Sharon Long will be the theme of The World of Watercolor, on display from September 5 – 30, 2017 at the Gulfport Galleria of Fine Art. The reception on September 8th is free and open to the public. Events at the Gulfport Galleria are supported by Gulfport Main Street Association.
Sharon Long’s vibrant paintings are in public and private collections internationally. Her innovative style and easy-to-follow instructions give both novice and experienced painters confidence with watercolor. Long’s specially designed magic palette system simplifies the process of creating rich, vivid colors and strong values. Through painting and teaching, she shares her inspiration from life surrounding us.
