Glennis is a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and like many artists, her fascination with self-expression through form and color began at a very young age, with the first box of crayons. This love of self-expression grew exponentially with the introduction to oils, and is influenced by the impressionist artists of the late 1800’s.

She uses pigment, canvas and vibrant colors to express her vision of the world around her, finding inspiration in faces, landscapes, and everyday objects with the hope that each painting elicits an emotional response, whether peace, joy, or nostalgia.

Her works are in private collections across the United States.
